UX/UI redesign of the Toc-Toc app.
Toc Toc Aseo provides cleaning services for homes, offices and warehouses in Colombia. Its app already covered the whole service, but booking was hard. At Imaginar Web House we redesigned the experience so booking a cleaning takes four clear steps.
Toc Toc Aseo connects homes and businesses with verified cleaning professionals: the client chooses the service, schedules the visit and welcomes a trusted professional.
The app already handled bookings, payments, history and support requests, but booking meant scrolling through a single screen almost 2,500 px long, with description, areas, date, time, professional, address, coupon and comments all mixed together. Navigation was hidden in a hamburger menu.
