Parque Termal Paipa is a leading health tourism destination in Boyacá, Colombia. We built its platform to book services, shop online and publish the transparency information required of a public entity.
Water park, hydrotherapy center, thermal spa, massage therapy and a health clinic: Parque Termal Paipa offers wellness services around its hot springs and, as a public entity, must publish transparency and citizen service information.
The website had to serve two audiences at once: tourists who want to book and buy without calling, and citizens looking for institutional information, complaints and requests (PQRSDF) and transparency.
